iLearnU says "Invalid Student Number/Date of Birth".
Check if your student number is correct.
Have your School ID, Registration Form or Copy of Grades. It bears your student number in the format "000-0000".
Check if your have correctly entered your date of birth based on your device's date format.
The format of the date depends on your device's setting. If the format indicated in the field is "dd/mm/yyyy" you should enter first the 2-digit day, then the 2-digit month and lastly the 4-digit year.
If the format indicated is "mm/dd/yyyy", the month should be entered first before the day.
If you're not sure how to enter your date of birth, you can click the small calendar icon.
It will show a calendar where your can choose your date of birth.
iLearnU says that the account recovery link was already sent, but the email address indicated is incorrect or not active anymore.
If the email address is incorrect or is no longer active, message the Registrar's Office via LU Facebook Page and request for an update on your personal information.

Check the SPAM or JUNK folder of your email account. The email must have been mistaken by your email provider as a spam message.
I have received the account recovery link but when I visited it, iLearnU says it is an invalid link.
The account recovery link will be valid only within one hour after requesting an account recovery. You may have to request another one if it is already expired.
